This is one of my favorite dishes that I have discovered on pinterest and it even pleases my non-pasta-loving boyfriend. It's from Canadian Moms Cook and it tastes delicious every time I make it. You do have to cook the pasta and the meat mixture before you bake it, which is a little frustrating, but still worth it. I also usually end up adding extra cheese, but I absolutely love cheese and to me, you can never have enough cheese. I also probably use more noodles than it calls for, but we love eating this for leftovers too, so we make a lot and it's very dense in the pan. If you like taco meat, noodles, and cheese, try it! Oh, one more thing- we've tried this with multiple different kinds of pasta and I still like these noodles the best!
